Are drinks complimentary?
Absolutely! We're unable to serve alcohol but under California laws can provide a complimentary glass of wine or beer with any service. All other beverages (water, coffee, tea) you are welcome to have as much as you like.
What's is Buy Now Pay Later?
Buy Now, Pay Later is a great option we offer for you to purchase and pay for select services with easy installments, over a few weeks or months through BNPL services such as Klarna, Affirm, or Cash App Afterpay. You don't have to wait until you pay it off, you receive your service right away.
How can I cancel or supend my membership?

Why do you require a card to be on file to book appointments?
We schedule our day and are paid solely by what we book. Unfortunately, sometimes we have people not show up or cancel at the last minute. This can leave us with no income for the day, because we are able to fill the appointment time with another client. When you book with us you agree to give adequate notice or pay a small fee to help us avoid a complete loss. A credit/debit card on file help us apply and or enforce our policies.

What's your cancellation policy?
Here's a short summary: You may cancel or change your booked appointment up to 48hrs before the start of your appointment. Canceling with less notice will result in a 20-50% fee. You also agree to accept the forfeit of any deposit if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48hr notice. By entering your credit/debit card information at time of booking you are agreeing to all our terms & policies which can be read in full on our Salon Terms & Policies Page.
